Big O Tires

I had a low tire warning. My car normally has sensors but they had all gone out. I call talked to Todd, he explained options said come by and he would take a look. So I got there we walked around the car, asked if I knew how to tell if I needed to replace the tires. I did and I also knew I was close to needing new tires. So we went in he showed me 3 or 4 kinds and I chose 1. So the guys got all 4 balanced on with new sensor. I was so happy feeling safe with new tires. After talking to Todd I will be back to do my oil changes. Did not feel like i was being told what I should buy. I feel some men think they should tell a woman what she should buy. I did not feel that way. Thanks Todd I will be back.

I was in desperate need to have my alignment checked after replacing the ball joints on my Ford F250, 2 days before towing a 10K 5th wheel to Colorado. It was a Friday, late afternoon, I called 4 other shops before, all of them had no availability. I called this location of Big O Tires and Jerry picks up the phone and says he'll make sure to fit me in. I arrived at the store, Jerry took great care of me, put his best guy on the alignment because I was worried about the caster adjustment being wrong. The truck ended up being in alignment, and Jerry refused to charge me. If you want to be treated right, go to this Big O Tires location. I know I definitely will from here on out.

I’m generally skeptical of larger chains, and have usually opted for smaller mechanic shops to service my vehicle. However, this location was extremely convenient, their staff was very helpful, competent, and informative. I also felt the cost was very reasonable as well as the turnaround time for service on my vehicle.

I contacted the store and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Zach. We spoke about some issues I was experiencing with my vehicle and he had me bring my vehicle to the store. This is when I found out Zach is the store manager. Zach helped me through the entire process and it is very nice to see someone leading from front lines. Big O is very lucky to have a manager like Zach great example of professionalism and Big O will forever have my business because of Zach.

Great team with Zach at the helm. Brought my truck in for repair to have a new Track bar installed and possibly the steering box, turned out only the track bar was necessary...no unnecessary work. Unlike other places I have been in the past
